As a Custody Operations Specialist 2, you will contribute to achieve department goals and meet client service level agreements.
Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Accountable for entire process from receipt of work to resolution
- Works in a diverse, collaborative, team environment meeting established deadlines and assists in achieving goals to meet department objectives and service level agreements.
- Coordination of information among various operational areas and/or Relationship Management teams
- Use multiple online systems
- Working knowledge and the skills to be able to handle confidential customer information including but not limited to residential and commercial mortgage files and trailing documents, and asset backed security files and documents
- Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records; prepare, organize, and distribute complex work.
- Act as a subject matter expert on individual team’s processes
- May provide training and quality control as needed.
- Work under general supervision following established procedures.
- Meet department’s performance and quality standards
What will you bring to the role?
As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer service and will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve client success.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in one or a combination of the following: operations, customer interaction, production or general office environment demonstrated through work or military experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, as well as, excellent verbal, written, and time management skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, ability to navigate multiple computer applications, and utilize search tools to find information
