Location: Canton, MA – Contract (part-time: 16 – 20 hours/week)

We have a unique part-time opportunity for someone to contribute their talents and strengths as a Corporate Actions Project Manager in Canton MA.

The Corporate Actions Project Manager is NOT an Information Technology (IT) role. The Corporate Actions department is a division within Issuer Services. It is comprised of two groups. There is a front office group and a back office operational group that supports the efforts of the front office.

A role you will love

The part-time Project Manager is primarily responsible for the end-to-end success of the projects assigned to them, and execution of Corporate Actions events and acts as the primary contact for external and internal clients – responsible for client satisfaction, retention and profitability.

Some Key Experience You'll Have

• Planning and execution of Corporate Action Special projects.
• Act as primary contact for external and internal clients.
• Review and approve client billing for Corporate Actions
• Available during non-business hours depending on project needs.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by management
  
  

What will you bring to the role?

To excel in this part-time role, it is expected that you will possess the following experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics) from a four-year University or College
• Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relationship Management skills with three to four years’ experience in financial industry – bank brokerage, transfer agents
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred).

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $45.00/hour. This base pay range is specific to Canton MA and may not be applicable to other locations.
