We're hiring a Senior Software QA Lead to champion quality across enterprise ERP and web-based systems, and help shape what AI-powered testing looks like at scale.

This role is HYBRID in Buffalo NY.

What You'll Do — Key Responsibilities
- Drive testing practices to catch defects earlier in the development cycle, reducing downstream costs and rework.
- Design and implement LLM-assisted manual testing frameworks, including AI-generated test scripts with human validation oversight.
- Build and execute comprehensive manual test plans for ERP systems and web-based applications, validating critical business workflows and data integrity.
- Develop scalable test case libraries, testing procedures, and compliance documentation aligned with organizational quality standards.
- Lead UAT coordination with business stakeholders. Facilitate test sessions, consolidate results, and deliver production readiness recommendations.
- Establish QA standards for AI-generated test coverage, ensuring LLM outputs meet defined organizational quality thresholds.
- Mentor QA team members on manual and automation testing techniques, defect investigation, and enterprise system domain knowledge through hands-on coaching.
What You Bring — Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10 years of software quality assurance experience, including 2 years in a senior or lead testing role
- 3 years of hands-on enterprise systems testing experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, or comparable ERP platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in manual testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management
- Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA with Zephyr Scale or equivalent
- 1 years applying AI/LLM technologies to QA workflows, including test generation, defect analysis, and knowledge management
- Experience with prompt engineering to build AI-assisted testing procedures with appropriate human oversight
- Proven ability to mentor QA teams, define quality standards, and balance automation with manual testing rigor
Bonus Points (not required)
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (TestComplete, Selenium, or equivalent), performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter), or API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Python or JavaScript scripting for test automation and AI integration, including experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and version control (Git) within testing environments
