OverviewCTG is seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our IT Operations team, providing hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network systems across Kodiak, Dutch Harbor, and Anchorage.Location: Anchorage, AKDuration: 6-Months, contract to hire potentialKey Responsibilities:Support desktops, laptops, and peripherals (Windows 11) on-site and remotely.Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory issues.Manage Microsoft 365 services (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange) and mobile devices (iOS/Android) via Intune.Perform system moves, adds, changes, preventive maintenance, and documentation.Assist with LAN/WAN upgrades and related IT projects.Required Skills & Experience:4 years supporting LANs, Windows NOS, and desktop environments.Strong networking fundamentals and cloud application knowledge.Ability to work flexible hours and travel for 24/7 operations.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Education:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
