Essential Functions:
- Provide onsite technical support, dispatch assistance, and escalations for customer printer equipment.
- Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain printers and hard-copy/imaging equipment.
- Respond to service requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform Standard and Proactive Consumable Management (PCM) system updates.
- Track assets, manage reporting and billing, and maintain system records.
- Manage hot-swap equipment and supply inventory to minimize customer downtime.
- Provide professional customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems.
- Working knowledge of printers, hard-copy devices, or imaging equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with service ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and D365.
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Positive, solutions-oriented approach.
Experience:
- Entry-level experience supporting printers, imaging equipment, or related technology.
- Experience providing onsite technical or customer support preferred.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical training or certification is a plus.
