OverviewCTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Multi-Disciplined Technician I to support Sterile Processing and Reagents operations. This hands-on role involves preparing, washing, and sterilizing labware and vials, simple vialing and labeling, and maintaining lab inventories while following strict safety and quality standards.Type: ContractJob Title: Multi-Disciplined Technician ILocation: Bedford, MACandidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Bedford, MAPay Rate: $22.23 - $27.63/hour Based on experienceWork Hours: M-F 8am-5pmEducation: High School diploma/GED (minimum required). Open to candidates with higher level education (Bachelor's or Associate's) that may not have hands-on work experience but are familiar with the lab setting.Qualifications:1–3 years’ experience in Sterile Processing, lab, or life sciences environment preferred.Team player, flexible, and open to cross-training.Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.Familiarity with lab equipment, cleaning, and basic production processes.Preferred Skills:5S and lean manufacturing knowledge.Work Environment:Clean rooms, general labs, and cold rooms (2°C to -20°C).
