Overview
CTG is seeking to fill an Asset Coordinator position for our client.
Location: Anchorage, AK
Duration: 1 month
Duties:
- Coordinate the receipt, inventory, configuration, and deployment of IT assets, including Dell Micro PCs.
- Track and maintain accurate records of asset inventory, arrivals, deployments, and installations.
- Support the setup, distribution, and ongoing maintenance of deployed equipment.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure assets are deployed on schedule and according to project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain asset documentation, inventory logs, and project status reports.
- Reconcile inventory records and ensure all assets are properly accounted for throughout their lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve asset-related issues to support successful project execution.
- Follow established asset management processes and maintain data accuracy.
Skills:
- Strong inventory and IT asset management skills.
- Experience tracking, recording, and reconciling asset inventory.
- Knowledge of IT hardware deployment and configuration processes.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience:
- Experience coordinating IT asset management, inventory control, or equipment deployment projects.
- Familiarity with IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Experience maintaining accurate inventory records and asset tracking systems.
- Ability to support fast-paced deployment projects while meeting deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.
Education:
- High School Diploma required.
