Job Title: Program LeadGeneral SummaryThe Program Lead is responsible for training, coaching, and developing the faculty of assigned programs as well as for the development and delivery of CSI-approved curriculum. The Program Lead works with academic deans and faculty to ensure student academic successes and retention.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Assist Academic Deans and Program Managers in oversight of faculty/student for approximately 150 students in assigned programs.Maintains one teaching class assignment with flexible scheduling (including nights and weekends) as needed to accommodate students.Train, mentor, and monitor facultyConduct faculty meetings for assigned programsAnswer student inquiries and mentor students for success within the designated programInterview teacher candidatesCoordinate events and build community resourcesAdvise students on Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)Conduct in-class observationsOrganize field tripsActively contribute to program improvement and curriculum developmentParticipate in orientation for new studentsPromote best practices among facultyEnsure that assignment submission, test taking, and grading are completed correctly and on timeOther duties and special projects as assignedStaying up-to-date on current trends within the industry through professional development, research, and conferences.Other duties and projects as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Commitment to academic excellenceEffective oral and written communication skillsStrong sense of customer serviceKnowledge of pedagogical methodsKnowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)Team building skills & leadership aptitudeAbility to maintain confidentiality of informationAbility to use the following equipment and software packages with proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use online learning toolsEducation and Experience: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, teaching, curriculum & instruction, educational leadership, or related field.
