REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Oracle ERP functional experience (ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite).
- 2 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and their alignment within Oracle ERP.
- Experience with integration flows, APIs, and file-based interfaces.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Oracle certifications in ERP Cloud, OIC, or OCI preferred.
- Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Finance required.
- Master's degree preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, AP/AR, GL).
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions supporting Santander's business and regulatory requirements.
- Lead functional design sessions, documenting business requirements and translating them into Oracle configurations and integration specifications.
- Work with OCI and OIC teams to design and maintain integrations with internal banking systems and third-party applications.
- Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
- Support release management activities for Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
- Provide production support and assist with root cause analysis for functional issues.
- Ensure compliance with risk, security, and SOX controls in all Oracle-related activities.
- Partner with the PMO and business leads to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery milestones are met.
