What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Computer Heaven?
Computer Heaven is looking for people who are good at sales. Computer knowledge and experience are a plus but are not required.
You will be working 5 days per week on a set schedule. We are closed on Sunday. Saturdays will be required.
Hours are 8:45 am until 6:15 pm with a 1-hour lunch break. One day a week you will have a short day and get off around 2:30PM
We are looking for team players. Our top goal is happy satisfied customers.
We are looking for people who can sell computers, components, upgrades, repairs, and services.
We are not looking for cashiers or sales clerks. You MUST be a salesperson. If you are not good at selling, please do not apply. A large portion of your pay will be commission-based.
The average pay of our current sales staff with commissions is $18/hour. If your sales abilities are above average you can make quite a bit more.
Payday is every Friday.
You will also be making sales phone calls. Only apply if you are comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
After 1 year you get 1 week of paid sick time and 1 week of paid vacation.
After 2 years you get 1 week of paid sick time and 2 weeks of paid vacation.
After 3 years you get 1 week of paid sick time and 3 weeks of paid vacation.
After 60 days of employment, you are eligible for our health insurance benefits.
After 90 days of employment, you are eligible to participate in our matching funds retirement plan.
