Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings for Scrum activities
- Organize and coordinate with the product owner for a crew of 10 application developers, QA developers, and BSA working on financial crime case management
- Support and facilitate Scrum Teams in adhering to Agile practices
- Track and communicate team progress to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks to optimize team velocity and quality
- Remove impediments to team progress
- Protect the team from outside influences to maintain focus on priorities
