Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System & Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in networking, cloud technologies, and modern identity management solutions, with a focus on Microsoft ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure including managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues
- Plan and execute cloud migrations from on-premise environments to Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 (O365) services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Administer Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, including user provisioning, group policies, conditional access, and identity security
- Implement and maintain hybrid environments integrating on-premise Active Directory with cloud identity platforms
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance of servers and network devices
- Support virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware) and server infrastructure
- Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver infrastructure improvements and IT solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in system and network engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching)
- Hands-on experience with managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations
- Proficiency in Azure AD / Entra ID and identity management
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of on-premise infrastructure including Windows Server and Active Directory
- Familiarity with VPN technologies and network security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment
- Certifications such as:
- Microsoft (Azure Administrator, M365)
- CompTIA Network or Security
- Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell preferred)

Work Environment
