We are looking for a very special individual to help us create a HON Furniture Division here at Sharp Business Innovations. This is a unique opportunity in that we want to cross pollinate our already existing clients. Here at SBI we sell your every day office technology. From Copiers to Printers to Toner Supplies and Service. We have thousands of clients along the Front Range. For the right person(s) we want to open our existing client base and call and offer HON Furniture Products and Offerings. You would be calling on clients that already have an existing relationship with SBI. These folks know us, they love our services and products. It's an easy and warm opportunity to call and simply educate our clients on our new Furniture Division!
With great customer service skill and some solid product knowledge, our sales associates create an unforgettable experience for our customers by building relationships and seeing the potential for future sales. We offer extensive product and sales training if needed to insure your success!

Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and engage customers, discovering their office furnishing needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and offer an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Build rapport with clients, earning their business through your ability to demonstrate product, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent listening skills
- Ability (with training), to qualify, overcome objections, offer add-ons and upsells that create value and a good fit for the customer.
- Hold yourself accountable to reach your sales goals
- Assist the Manager with ensuring furniture product and displays are maintained per the sales floor maintenance guidelines
- Actively participate in store meetings and training/coaching sessions.
- Maintain knowledge of all available resources of training, and actively participate in self-development including one on one coaching if necessary and growth through company resources.
- Ensure you have a deep understanding of all sales rules and regulations
- Work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
Qualifications and Skills
- Retail (sales) experience and skill
- Highly motivated and punctual.
- SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
- Passion and drive to reach your financial and professional goals
- A genuine love for meeting new people
- A bit of computer know-how
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
