Established in 1995, Computech International (CTI) is a comprehensive technology solutions provider delivering high-quality, managed solutions for government, education, and commercial enterprises. CTI has become a significant supplier of ruggedized computers and accessories to the military. Twenty-five years in, CTI has relocated to Woodbury, New York and is in search of a full time Procurement Manager, primarily to support the Manager for project purchases, who will be a part of our growing operations. The position is on-site in Woodbury, New York.

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

· Report to a Manager and collaborate, as needed, with the Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics teams.

· Obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing as appropriate for project needs, and organize quote information for pricing review.

· Source new vendors or suppliers and maintain existing relationships for reliability and growth.

· Coordinate with the Engineering and Technical team as needed for any questions related to project needs.

· Enter parts into purchasing software system and provide updates on order status.

· Maintain purchase order documents in shared filing system to ensure content is traceable, organized, and accessible.

· Supervise a Buyer.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Experience managing supply chain or operations.

· Data entry knowledge.

· Organized, detail oriented, and communicative.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Experience with ERP system is an advantage.

· Must be a US citizen or Green Cardholder.
