What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Marketing Coordinator position at Computech Corporation?
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide additional support for SGH graphic requests, with a focus on high-priority, quick-turnaround projects such as the Billboard Project and Review Survey image tracking etc.
Execute and maintain ongoing graphic updates, including but not limited to:
- Urgent inventory requests
- Time-sensitive "hot jobs"
- Brand image refreshes based on expiration timelines
- Promotional and new store launch assets on short notice
- Maintain updated crop images from NRR on the code sheet template.
- Upload finalized graphics to the designated platform.
- Regularly update project trackers to reflect current progress.
- Organize and manage job folders for assigned projects.
- Maintain accurate records in the job tracker for all owned projects.
- Track and log graphic-related expenditures.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills (PIVOT TABLES, V-LOOK UP, CONDITIONAL FORMATTING, DATA ANALYSIS & VALIDATION)
- Adobe CS software OR PPT skills to support graphic layouts
- Strong Project management skills
- Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, able to think analytically with precision and consistency, and able to understand and manage the complexity of a diverse store grou
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years in similar position, preferably in a retail channel with multi-brands approach
- Data analysis and navigating large complex spreadsheets
- Understanding of multi-brand visual merchandising and store execution experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
- Strong team skills and an aptitude for cross functional interactions
