Schedule: Monday–Friday 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Training Palmyra Clinic Tuesday–Thursday 08:30 AM – 7:30 PM, every other weekend required with possible holiday rotations, onsite as needed

Summary: MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioners work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidence-based care to a panel of patients. The clinical team partners daily with the provider to drive improved patient outcomes through accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning. This role reports to the Practice Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and family evidence-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
- Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Complete diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans.
- Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and well-being through health screenings, wellness, chronic condition management, and behavioral health.
- Perform administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, managing inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a family medicine or primary care setting preferred. If not, successful completion of MinuteClinic primary care training program is required.
- Working knowledge and understanding of quality measurement in the management of chronic disease conditions.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative, problem-solving, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Ability to work remotely in a clinical care team culture and autonomously without direct supervision.
- Proficient with information management and technology.
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures.
- Capacity to collaborate frequently with professional colleagues to ensure quality patient care.
Education
Graduate of a Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
Pay Rate: $ 74.84/ Hourly/ W2
