Position Summary:The job scope is working with the corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers.
- Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule.
- This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame.
- We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information.
- If you have the ability to balance compassion and kindness with professionalism and customer service, you will thrive in this position.
- Print or mail room setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF & Outlook)
- Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds
- Able to pass a background & Drug test .
- Able to stand for long periods of the day
- Effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Neopost/ Pitney Bowes Class inserters
- Xerox production class printers
- Experience in a similar or related role
- High school or equivalent (Required)
