Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. This unique dual role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the analytical work of construction estimating and the hands-on leadership required to manage projects from conception through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive cost estimates for construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to identify project requirements.
• Solicit, review, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Manage project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Foster a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 3 years of experience in construction estimating and/or project management.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project scheduling.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Pay: $65,145.58 - $89,637.69 per year
