- Outpatient-focused OB/GYN practice
- Approximately 20 patients per day
- No robotics required
- Supportive and collaborative clinical team environment

- Deliveries:
- 2023: 10
- 2024: 105
- 2025 YTD: 101
- Credentialing required at only 1 hospital
- Strong clinical support staff including:
- Family Nurse Practitioner
- Nurse Triage Team
- Medical Assistants
- Front Desk Support
- Base Salary: $350,000 – $400,000

- Provide comprehensive ambulatory OB/GYN care
- Deliver routine and preventive women’s healthcare services
- Participate in shared call schedule
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Support quality patient care initiatives and organizational goals
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff in a positive team-oriented environment
- Participate in peer review and organizational meetings
- Serve as a trusted healthcare ambassador within the community
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completion of accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of OB/GYN practice experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required
