About the Role
Compuoffers is a fast-growing wholesale company specializing in refurbished and used IT equipment for export to Latin America, the Caribbean, and global markets.
We are looking for a high-performance Director of Purchasing to lead supplier acquisition, negotiate large-volume deals, and ensure a consistent flow of inventory.
This is not a passive role — we need a deal-maker who can secure inventory at the right price and scale supply aggressively.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop relationships with ITAD companies, recyclers, corporations, and brokers
- Negotiate bulk purchases (laptops, desktops, monitors, AIOs)
- Secure consistent monthly inventory supply aligned with sales demand
- Evaluate product quality and grading before purchase
- Identify below-market opportunities (liquidations, auctions, direct deals)
- Build long-term supplier partnerships
- Monitor market pricing and competitor activity
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in wholesale purchasing or procurement
- Strong negotiation skills with high-volume deals
- Experience buying physical goods for resale
- Ability to analyze cost, margins, and profitability
- English fluency (required)
Preferred
- Experience in electronics, ITAD, or e-waste recycling
- Existing supplier network in the U.S.
- Experience with auctions or liquidation channels

Compensation
- Base Salary: $4,000 – $6,000/month
- Performance Bonus: Based on volume purchased and margins generated
