Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and consultative sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive – Digital Solutions. This role is focused on driving new business development, building strategic client relationships, and delivering technology solutions across digital services portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consulting or digital services sales, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive net-new business development through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach activities
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract closure
Engage VP-, Director-, and C-level stakeholders in consultative discussions to identify business challenges and technology solution opportunities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across digital service offerings including IT Consulting, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and IT Staffing solutions
Develop proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and commercial offers in collaboration with presales and delivery teams
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation
Collaborate with delivery leaders, solution architects, and practice teams to support successful client onboarding and account growth
Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and customer meetings
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Support strategic account planning and long-term client relationship development
Required Qualifications
8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within IT Consulting, Digital Services, or Technology Solutions environments
Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and driving new business acquisition
Experience selling one or more of the following services:
Product/Software Engineering
Quality Engineering & Testing
Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
AI/ML and Data Analytics
Cybersecurity
IT Staffing and Consulting
Strong consultative and solution-oriented selling experience
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
Strong organizational, negotiation, and account management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into industries such as:
Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
Healthcare and Life Sciences
Manufacturing
Retail and e-Commerce
Experience selling GenAI, automation, or LLM-based technology services
Existing relationships with CXO-level and senior IT stakeholders
Prior experience working with enterprise IT services organizations
Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not required
