Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Supply Chain Associates to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, loading, and shipping products to national and international customers and distribution centers while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, load, and ship products accurately and efficiently
• Build kits with precision, ensuring correct counts and quality standards
• Verify shipment documentation and ensure order accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping or inventory issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet tight turnaround times
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately count items
• Manual dexterity to assemble kits and handle materials efficiently
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and move up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Frequent lifting of large or awkward boxes and containers
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Capability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance as needed
• Ability to hear, speak, and communicate clearly in a warehouse setting
