Job Summary
The Site Coordinator is responsible for managing conference room setups and ensuring high-level customer service at a large multi-building client location. This role involves physical tasks such as moving furniture and AV equipment, coordinating room requests, and supporting other Client services on-site. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and capable of working independently while meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute conference room setups including tables, chairs, and AV equipment.
• Interact professionally with all levels of the customer to understand and fulfill setup requirements.
• Take direction and translate client vision into accurate room arrangements.
• Assist with other Client services such as mail deliveries and copy/print production as needed.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving furniture (up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Walk extensively across four buildings to complete setups and support requests.
• Maintain flexibility in schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Work independently, follow instructions, and stay focused on results.
• Lead setup processes and ensure customer satisfaction with all arrangements.
Required Qualifications
• Prior experience in conference room setup or similar coordination role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
