Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Summary:The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing packages for the next day, and assisting customers with locating their deliveries. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with prior shipping and receiving experience will be well-suited for this position.Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming shipments and verify accuracy of received materials.Prepare outgoing shipments for next-day dispatch.Assist customers in locating and retrieving packages.Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.Ensure packages are properly labeled, organized, and handled safely.Communicate with internal staff and external carriers as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Required Skills:Shipping and receiving experience.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Education: High SchoolCompany DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
