- Adhere to hospital standards tailored to the unique needs of postpartum mothers and infants.
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Clinical experience in postpartum, mother-baby, or maternal-newborn nursing preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of nursing process and age-specific care needs.
- Registered Nurse (RN) License – active and in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (if required by employer).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (preferred).
