Production Specialist – Onsite (Night Shift)

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday Night – Friday Morning)
We are hiring a Production Specialist to support the manufacturing of high-quality medical diagnostic products. This onsite role involves operating production equipment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and working within Lean/5S and ISO guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Operate and support production machinery (setup, cleanup, changeovers, troubleshooting).
- Read and follow manufacturing/quality documents and procedures.
- Perform basic math and maintain accuracy in production tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in training when needed.
Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and meet general physical demands.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Night shift experience preferred.
