JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Associate / Operator is responsible for performing general manual labor tasks to support warehouse operations. This role requires working across multiple areas, handling materials, operating basic tools, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment while following instructions and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- Use simple hand tools and power tools as required
- Read and use a tape measure accurately
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Operate efficiently while adhering to safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area through proper housekeeping practices
- Work across multiple areas and tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Basic math skills
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- High attention to detail to ensure safety of self and others
- Physical ability to push, pull, and twist up to 80 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
