Role Overview:
This position focuses on supporting customers through order processing, pricing/quoting, and resolving billing or warranty-related issues within a structured manufacturing environment. You will serve as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide part, pump, and motor quotes to customers
- Process customer orders using ERP systems (SAP / ERP-LX)
- Manage order lifecycle including changes, tracking, and status updates
- Assist with warranty claims, credit memos, and billing/invoice issues
- Maintain quote logs and production tracking systems
- Support AR dispute resolution and customer issue handling
- Collaborate with sales teams on customer support activities
- Ensure adherence to ISO9001 procedures and export compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or inside sales support
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong understanding of order processing, quoting, and billing/invoicing
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts such as AR, credit memos, and invoice reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
