Job Title: Office Clerk
Location: New Britain, CT 06053
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM(40hrs/Week) (Must be flexible and open to varied shift timings)
Job Type: Tempto Perm
NOTE:
- Valid Driver’s License, Own Reliable Transportation and clean driving record may be required.
- Covering various customer sites in Connecticut area
Occasionally could be required to drive up to 50 miles to cover a site.
Reimburse for parking provided and commute miles after a certain home-base calculation
DressCode: Businesscasual, closed toe work shoes.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Mailroom and office experience
- MS Office experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- There is extensive walking, standing and lifting.
- Lift upto 50 lbs.
- This will be a rotating support person providing coverage to multiple locations.
Responsibilities:.
- Mailroom operations
- Deliver mail
- Complete printing, copying and scanning
- Back-up receptionist
- Conference room setup and support
