Job Summary

As the Lead Product Manager for AI Storage Solutions, you will define the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution plan for next-generation memory solutions that enable advanced AI, Machine Learning, and High-Performance Computing ecosystems. Acting as the bridge across engineering, marketing, operations, and hyperscale customers, you will drive competitive differentiation and business growth for high-performance memory products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Product Leadership: Own the multi-year product roadmap, aligning with technology inflection points and emerging architectures. Translate market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive signals into actionable product requirements (MRD/PRD).
2. Customer & Market Engagement: Lead technical engagements with hyperscalers and chipmakers (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD), converting customer performance, latency, and capacity needs into engineering deliverables. Position product solutions for AI inference, KV-cache, and memory-centric architectures.
3. Business & Financial Ownership: Build business cases including TAM/SAM/SOM models, pricing strategies, investment requirements, and ROI modeling. Guide lifecycle execution from concept to development through cross-functional program reviews.
4. Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with ASIC, firmware, NAND, system, and quality teams to drive technical readiness and performance targets. Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure cost, yield, and delivery success.
5. Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of the semiconductor memory landscape, including competition, emerging architectures, and customer platform roadmaps.
6. Technical Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of 3D stacking/TSV, memory–accelerator integration, memory subsystem architecture, and NAND-based high-bandwidth architectures.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
2. 8 years of experience in product management.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI architectures for datacenters or on-device.
4. Proven track record of managing and launching successful emerging technology products.
5. Deep understanding of flash memory technology, AI storage solutions, 3D stacking, and TSV architectures.
6. Strong ownership mindset across the full product lifecycle.

2. Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
3. Experience presenting to senior-level audiences.
4. Knowledge of AI software stacks.
5. People management experience (though this is an IC role, leadership skills are advantageous).

Certifications (if any)

1. Relevant certifications in product management, AI/ML, or semiconductor technologies (preferred but not required).
