The Opportunity :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator III to provide essential administrative support to our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to employee inquiries, assisting with payroll and time & attendance processing, and ensuring accurate data transactions. The position requires flexibility, strong organization, and a proactive approach to meet daily, weekly, and monthly HR tasks.
How You Will Impact client :
Serve as a reliable resource for employees and leadership at the Covington mill, providing timely and accurate support for HR-related matters.
Ensure the efficiency of record-keeping processes by maintaining accurate data transactions and reporting for payroll, time and attendance, and other HR systems.
Enhance employee engagement by effectively addressing questions, processing HR information, and offering solutions to employee needs.
Contribute to a positive onboarding experience, assisting new employees with a smooth integration into the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- HR Administrative Support :
- Provide strong administrative support to the human resources team by responding to employee inquiries, questions, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with processing payroll, time & attendance, and other employee data transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement & Communication :
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and issues, ensuring a positive experience for all staff.
- Communicate HR policies and procedures clearly to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance.
- Assist employees in navigating company systems, providing assistance with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and other HR processes.
- Process Improvement & Documentation :
- Focus on process efficiency, ensuring that HR functions such as payroll and employee data management are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate HR documentation for compliance purposes and participate in improving workflows.
- Onboarding & Pre-Employment Support :
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all necessary paperwork (e.g., background checks, drug screens, I-9s) is completed accurately and promptly.
- Work with relevant departments to ensure smooth transition and integration for new employees joining the company.
