Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer – Amazon Connect (Node.js/AWS Serverless)

Location: Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX

Project Overview

You will support and enhance the client’s Amazon Connect contact-center platform using AWS serverless technologies. The work includes developing Lambda functions in Node.js, building and optimizing call flows, integrating chat/voice bots, and ensuring the platform runs reliably for millions of customer interactions.


Top 5 Must-Have Skills

  1. Amazon Connect expertise (contact flows, routing, queues, integrations)
  2. Node.js for AWS Lambda development (Python acceptable but Node.js preferred)
  3. Strong AWS Serverless experience (Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)
  4. Systems Engineering background (8 years)
  5. Contact Center/IVR integration experience (Lex bots, APIs, CRM systems)
