Job Summary The Client Support Service Professional is responsible for handling incoming phone calls related to various Client account service inquiries. This role requires delivering accurate and efficient customer support while consistently meeting departmental performance metrics. The position supports Client Cash Management products and services, Client Online (client website), the Mobile App, and general account or financial-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly professional, career-driven, and committed to providing world-class customer service in a fast-paced financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming phone calls regarding various Client account service inquiries. Respond to customer inquiries with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Consistently meet key departmental performance metrics. Provide support for Client Cash Management products and services. Assist clients with Client Online (client website) and Mobile App inquiries. Address general account and financial-related questions. Deliver world-class customer service while maintaining professionalism. Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Required Qualifications College degree OR previous contact center experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change. Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service. Education: High School
