Job Title: IT Help Desk Support

Location: 28 Bridgeside Blvd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

Pay Rate: $21.56/hr

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Shift: First Shift – 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Requirements:

• IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support).
• Technical Training & Certifications: HP Certifications (other site specific certifications may be required as necessary).
• Experience with mail sorting and delivery, and printing will be helpful.
• The manager is looking for customer service first and foremost.
• The tasks can be trained, but they need someone with good communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities:

• This person will be in a law-firm environment.
• This role's focus will be on the printer fleet.
• Basic troubleshooting and technical capabilities with printers are important skills for this position.
• The secondary focus will be mail training, then cross training for print and hospitality.
