Functional & Domain Expertise:
10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with functional leadership across planning, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, KPIs, and operating models.
Experience leading digital or AI-enabled transformation programs in large enterprises.
Proven track record of working with ERP, SCM, and PLM systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, etc.).
Data & AI Expertise:
Good understanding of data architecture, governance, and analytics frameworks.
Exposure to AI/ML applications in supply chain demand forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and scenario simulation.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and AI/ML platforms (Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
Experience collaborating with data scientists, AI engineers, and business intelligence teams.
Program Management Skills:
8 years managing large, cross-functional data and digital programs in global supply chain environments.
Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
Proficient in Agile, SAFe, or PMP methodologies with hands-on experience in Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
Ability to manage vendor and partner ecosystems (consulting, data platform providers, system integrators).
