SAP Operations, Reporting & AI Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated contractor to support our SAP Support & Ops organization. This role will initially focus on developing executive-ready presentations, dashboards, reports, tracking tools, etc while helping streamline operational processes.

Over time, the individual will expand into supporting SAP S/4HANA transition initiatives, Operational Excellence programs, AI-enabled operations (AI Ops), and digital transformation efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining business analysis, technology, automation, and AI innovation to solve real-world enterprise challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Reporting/Reviews

• Create and maintain executive presentations, leadership decks, and operational summaries.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance scorecards using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Analyze operational data and present insights in a clear, actionable format.
• Support governance reporting, metrics reviews, and operational cadence activities.
  
  

Power App Development

Design, develop & maintain Power Apps Models based on the requirements received for the following:

• Transition Trackers
• RAID logs
• Hypercare & Issue log
• Resource Management tool
• Governance and Status Reporting Dashboards
• Service Review tools
  
  

AI, Automation & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI, and automation to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Assist in building and maintaining AI-enabled solutions, knowledge repositories, and reporting mechanisms.
• Support AI use-case tracking, benefit realization, and governance activities.
• Participate in experimentation and proof-of-concept work involving AI technologies.
• Assist with AI Ops transformation.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  
  

SAP S/4HANA Transition & Support

• Assist with S/4 transition planning, documentation, tracking, and readiness activities.
• Assist with intake assessments, transition coordination, and operational handoff activities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, and AMS teams on process improvements and knowledge management.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Support incident, problem, and change management tracking activities.
• Assist with running best practices for major incidents, RCAs, solutions, lessons-learnt, etc.
• Assist with Operational Excellence activities such as problem management, knowledge management, etc.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational maturity programs.
• Help prepare materials for leadership reviews and operational governance meetings.
  
  

Required

Desired Qualifications

• 2 5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, operations, or technology support.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Familiarity with project management, governance, RAID management, or PMO activities.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, or automation technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL, AMS, incident management, or operational support processes.
