Job Description

Highly organized and motivated to oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, handling administrative tasks, managing supplies/budgets, supporting staff, coordinating meetings/events, maintaining the office image, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Will act as a central point for internal comms, vendor and client interactive.

Additionally, manage and organize daily accounting clerical operations, including accounts payable & receivable accurate record-keeping, compliance with regulations.


Duties & Responsibilities

a. Manage schedules, book travel, organize meetings/events, prepare reports, handle correspondence, manage filing systems

b. Manage and track all customer support calls into the Call-tracking system

c. Assist with onboarding new hires, maintain personnel records, coordinate interviews, provide general support to leadership/staff.

d. Implement office procedures, maintain safety protocols, and ensure adherence to company policies.

e. Processing invoices, expense reports, reimbursements, and managing client payments.

f. Reviewing expenses to ensure company policy compliance

g. Manage Office Product Deliveries


Essential Skills

a. Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role

b. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

c. Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills

d. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• QuickBooks is a major plus.

e. Must work independently in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
