Duties And Responsibilities
The rate for this position is between $19.70 - $28.87 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Support Technician to join their team onsite in Shreveport, LA and provide end-user support.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
- Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems
- Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve
- Performs IMAC project work – imaging / setting up / deployment / SNOW for asset tracking – some basic troubleshooting during deployment
- Resolves network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches
- Represents the company in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates
- Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting PC Hardware and software
- Experience supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plus
- Understanding of desktop support for imaging / deploying / troubleshooting PC's
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience
- Hardware and software support experience
- Customer facing experience
- Windows 10/11 experience
- Able to train quickly on procedures and should have good IT knowledge base
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment with strong personalities, and detail oriented
- Mac OS and MS Intune experience is a plus
- CompTIA A certification preferred but not required
