Shift: Evenings
Shift Time: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Shift Length: 8 hours
Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, safe, and quality care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / nursing home setting.
The CNA will work evening shifts and assist residents with activities of daily living while supporting the nursing team in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and safe care to residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
- Take and accurately document vital signs as required.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
- Follow individualized care plans, facility policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Protect resident dignity, privacy, and comfort during all aspects of care.
- Current CNA certification required.
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) / nursing home experience preferred.
- Ability to work the assigned evening shift.
