Position Overview:

We are seeking a Workstation Specialist to provide Tier 2 IT support for workstations, laptops, Macs, peripherals, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident queues, take ownership of issues, and assist customers.

• Keep support tickets up to date and well documented.

• Provide Tier 2 support for hardware and software.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware, peripherals, and software.

• Support workstations, laptops, Macs, printers, scanners, docking stations, and other peripherals.

• Monitor device compliance and health, including SCCM client and update issues.

• Troubleshoot application and operating system issues.

• Use diagnostic software to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Document issue resolutions and technical processes.

• Monitor and report PC issues and escalate when necessary.

• Work with SCCM, Active Directory, Security, and IT Service Desk teams.

• Provide IT support within the assigned coverage area.

Required Qualifications

• Experience providing workstation or Tier 2 IT support.

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP.

• Experience with MS Windows, RDP, InTune, and SCCM.

• Experience installing and configuring PC hardware, peripherals, and software.

• Ability to use diagnostic software.

• Experience supporting microcomputer systems and multifunction printers.

• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, schematics, and documented processes.

• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
