Position Overview
A leading organization is seeking a highly accomplished Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Technical Expert with deep experience in building and scaling data-driven and AI-based systems. Candidates with prior experience at Palantir, Google, or comparable world-class technology companies are strongly preferred. This role requires a blend of technical mastery, architectural vision, and hands-on leadership to develop next-generation data, AI, and agentic systems.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing data and AI platforms across distributed systems.
Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous or semi-autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and task execution.
Provide technical leadership in data architecture, analytics, and AI system design, influencing organization-wide AI strategy.
Partner with cross-functional teams data scientists, engineers, product teams to deliver integrated intelligent systems.
Evaluate and integrate advanced platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Vertex AI, and LangChain-based frameworks for complex reasoning and automation.
Mentor engineering teams on emerging AI technologies, data governance, ethical AI, and best practices in modern AI workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience working at Palantir, Google, or equivalent high-scale technology companies.
Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, including experience with data pipelines, AI/ML workflows, or microservices.
Expertise in data engineering, machine learning, and cloud computing (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure).
Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and agentic AI systems.
Demonstrated experience building and scaling intelligent agents or AI-driven decision support systems.
Exceptional problem-solving, system design, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience leading teams focused on AI/ML innovation, enterprise AI strategy, or platform development.
Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar technologies.
Background supporting defense, finance, or mission-critical enterprise systems involving automation and decision intelligence.
