About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on Generative AI Architect with a strong blend of technical depth and strategic vision. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced GenAI solutions that address complex business challenges. This position is ideal for someone who can think innovatively while executing quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and multi-agent systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and translate them into scalable architectures.
Lead experimentation and prototyping across diverse GenAI use cases (text, code, speech, vision).
Ensure system robustness, governance compliance, and cost efficiency across AI deployments.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation.
Mentor teams in AI solution design, prompt engineering, and responsible AI best practices.
Ideal Profile:
8 years of experience in software or AI engineering, including at least 2 years in Generative AI.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI platforms.
Strong background working with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.).
Expertise in RAG architectures, agent-based frameworks, and model fine-tuning workflows.
Ability to operate strategically while executing in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation.
