Compton Children's Academy is seeking highly experience Techers to Join our team. Teachers applying must have a passion to teach and have knowledge of Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophy. Every teacher applying must be extremely enthusiastic and dedicated. Please review the following requirements:

* AA or BS in early childhood education or a CDA is required for leads

* Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Preschool class setting is preferred

* Plan and implement Creative Curriculum based lessons with Reggio Emilia inspiration, activities and guided play

* Administer developmental screenings such as but not limited to Children's portfolios, assessments and record keeping

* Excellent oral and written communication skills is a requirement

* Experience in providing a developmentally appropriate learning experience

* Must possess creativity when it comes to captivating a young audience

* First Aid, CPR and a TB Test are a must

* Cook need to be Serve Safe certified and be willing to work in the classrooms part time as needed. Will be able to create Menus with the Center director, clean the building and be highly motivated
