The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering customer support services related to cloud-based application migration and the deployment of new cloud solutions.

Overview
CompTech is seeking a qualified IT Cloud Support Specialist to support our customer the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering customer support services related to cloud-based application migration and the deployment of new cloud solutions.
Scope of Work
Key Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with customers to scope and plan cloud initiatives
- Assist with the execution of cloud projects
- Research, diagnose, and report technical issues
- Consult with users to gather requirements and define solution needs
- Develop business cases to support project decisions
- Ensure adherence to information security and cybersecurity policies and best practices
- Facilitate Change Management activities
- Support configuration management processes
- Provide cloud cost analysis support to assist with cloud hosting financial planning
- Generate cloud planning estimates and forecast projected costs
- Support the EH Office by reporting, consolidating, and validating data for cloud financial reporting requirements
- Research and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to optimize and reduce cloud costs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Five (5) years of progressive experience in the field of Cloud Hosting
- IA Level: IAT-II One of the following:
- CCNA Security
- CySA
- GICSP
- Security CE
- SSCP
- CASP CE
- CCNP Security
- CISA
- CISSP (or Associate)
- GCED
- And one of the following:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner AWS Developer Associate
- AWS Solutions Architect
- AWS SysOps Administrator
- AWS DevOps Engineer
- AWS Solution Architect

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
