Title: Senior Program Manger
Location: Hybrid, 3-4 times a month onsite is Reston, VA (Candidates MUST reside in DMV WV areas)
Duration: 12 Months Contract to Hire
Senior Program Manger to manage multiple workstreams of business and technical initiatives revolving around implementations of benefit plan products, and the related changes to IT (infrastructure and software) initiatives to support it. The hired employee will be heavily working with FEPOC and BCBSA counterparts to deliver programs.
Requirement:

• 10 years of overall program management experience
• 3 years of experience in benefit plan implementations OR software/infrastructure related implementations, in a program management capacity (managing multiple workstreams/projects within 1 big program).
• PMP certified (If PgMP is active, PMP is no longer required).
• Healthcare industry experience (strong preference)
