What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP S4HANA Service Lead with Warranty Claims Experience @ Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid) position at Compsciprep LLC?
Required Skills & Experience:
- Required 8 years of SAP experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically in SAP Warranty Management
- S/4HANA Expertise: Minimum of 3-4 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA Service (S/4 Service or CS/SM)
- Warranty Knowledge: Hands-on experience configuring and managing warranty claims processing including claim creation, validation, processing workflows, and settlement in SAP S/4HANA Service Warranty module
- Integration: Strong understanding of S4HANA Pricing, Financial Accounting, and Service Contract integration
- Technical Familiarity: Experience with SAP Fiori apps for service and basic ABAP/debugging skills for collaboration with technical teams
- Documentation: Ability to prepare functional documentation and work with technical teams (ABAP, Fiori).
- Industry Background: Experience in Manufacturing sectors strongly preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP FSM (Field Service Management)
- Experience with SAP ACS Warranty Add-on
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Service or Customer
