Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a direct hire position. This person will project manage software development projects, including external customer relations and financial / budget management. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting sales during the RFP process, managing complex development projects, managing remote and offshore teams, being the primary interface with external / demanding clients, and supervising junior PMs.
Required:
-5 years project management over software development and customization projects, including budget management over fixed-price projects.
-PMP certification.
-Agile certification (DASM preferred).
-SDLC expertise.
-People management.
-External client management, including proposal contribution.
-MS Project, Jira.
-Open to travel (percentage will vary based upon project)
Desired:
-ERP implementation / customization project expertise.
-Utility industry experience.
-Public speaking experience.
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
