Compri Consulting is hiring a Scrum Master (DevOps) for a 3-month contract with a possible extension. Hybrid role (3 days/month onsite) in Denver, CO.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with agile lifecycle management tools, including Jira, Target Process, Confluence, and related reporting dashboards.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release coordination, build processes, and DevOps practices.
- Working knowledge of common software development languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks.
- Familiarity with development environments and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitH
- Facilitate execution and feature completion tracking for 2–3 scrum teams.
- Manage team capacity and support reliable forecasting for predictable sprint and program delivery.
- Take accountability for sprint success by proactively identifying, removing, or escalating blockers.
- Hold teams accountable to performance expectations, team agreements, and agile best practices.
- Help manage delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments at the team and cross-team level.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
