Client located in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a PSM Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This individual will lead and support environmental health and safety projects with a focus on Process Safety Management (PSM), emergency preparedness, mechanical integrity, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, technical expertise in environmental compliance, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of environmental engineering or EHS compliance experience.
- Hands-on experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) programs.
- Experience developing and supporting Emergency Action Plans.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Integrity programs and audits.
- Experience conducting Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and risk assessments.
- Familiarity with SPCC plans and hazardous materials compliance.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements including PSM, RMP, RCRA, CWA, CAA, and other EHS regulations.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring technical teams.
