Client located in Denver, Colorado is seeing a 100% remote Production Support Specialist for a contract position. This person will join the team responsible for tier 1 / tier 2 production support of a customized Salesforce system. No third party/C2C candidates are able to be considered at this time.


Required:

-3 years application support experience.

-Salesforce support expertise (Demand Tools / FullStory).

-Google Suite experience.

-Outstanding customer service skills.


Desired:

-Salesforce certifications.

-Insurance or workman's compensation experience.
